At Estate Jewelry and Loan, Inc., we understand that purchasing high-end estate pieces online requires absolute trust. Every piece of jewelry and every timepiece is rigorously assessed by our quality control supervisors before listing to ensure complete integrity and authenticity. We want you to purchase with confidence, which is why we offer a comprehensive return policy on our standard estate jewelry catalog.
SECTION 1 – 30-DAY ESTATE JEWELRY RETURNS
If you are not entirely pleased with your estate jewelry or timepiece purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original, unaltered, and undamaged state, including any original packaging, appraisals, or certificates provided at the time of sale.
- Antique & Vintage Items: Please note that antique and vintage jewelry is sold “as is” and requires thoughtful wear. While these items are fully eligible for the 30-day return policy, any damage incurred by the buyer due to improper wear or handling will void the return eligibility.
- Altered Items: Any rings that have been resized, or timepieces that have been customized or serviced by a third-party jeweler after purchase, are strictly non-refundable.
SECTION 2 – THE BULLION & PRECIOUS METALS EXEMPTION (FINAL SALE)
Due to the extreme volatility of the global commodities market, all sales of bullion, coins, scrap metal, and items priced dynamically via our live-market pricing feeds are FINAL. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or permit exchanges on bullion or live-market precious metals under any circumstances. Once a bullion order is placed and the price is locked in, the customer assumes all risk related to subsequent market fluctuations. If you wish to liquidate a bullion purchase, you may utilize our Live Buy-Back portal to sell the asset back to us at the current daily payout rate.
SECTION 3 – THE RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
We have streamlined the return process through our automated ShipStation Returns Portal. To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Initiate via My Account: Log in to your account at estatejewelryloan.com/my-account and navigate to your “Orders” tab.
- Request Return: Click the “Return” button next to your eligible order. You will be redirected to our Branded Returns Center at estatejewelryloan.com/returns.
- Submit for Review: Select the item and provide the reason for return. For high-value jewelry, you may be prompted to upload a photo to verify the item’s current condition.
- Choose Your Label Method: Once approved by our team, you can select:
- Print at Home: Download and print a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label.
- Printerless (QR Code): Receive a digital QR code on your smartphone to be scanned at any authorized UPS or FedEx location for on-site label printing.
- Inspection & Payout: Once received, our quality control supervisor will evaluate the item under video surveillance. Verified refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
