All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of payment clearance. Please note that high-value orders (specifically those paid via Bank Wire or ACH) may be subject to a standard holding period to ensure funds have fully cleared our financial institution before the item is released for shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

We provide Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

• Orders under $250: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (typically 3–5 business days).
• Orders $250 – $999: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 business days).
• Orders $1,000+: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Overnight.

SECURITY & SIGNATURES

To protect your purchase, all orders over $500.00 require a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be available to sign for the package.

INSURANCE & LOSS PREVENTION

Every shipment from Estate Jewelry and Loan, Inc. is fully insured for its replacement value until the moment it is signed for. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, we handle the insurance claim directly to ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.

DISCREET PACKAGING

For your security, all bullion and high-value jewelry is shipped in discreet, non-descript packaging. There is no mention of “Jewelry,” “Gold,” or “Loan” on the exterior of the shipping label or box.
